1. What types of products does Sohnia offer?

Sohnia offers a wide range of trendy and versatile clothing and accessories. From our 2-Way Neckline Washed Ribbed Cropped Tank Top to our Journey Clippable ID Wallet Pouch, our products are designed to add style and functionality to your everyday wardrobe.

2. How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

You have 14 days from the original purchase date to return or exchange an item. Please make sure to keep the receipt and all tags attached.

3. What is the process for returning a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will be happy to exchange it for you if it is in stock. Please contact our customer support team at info@sohnia.com with your order number and style number(s) for further assistance.

4. How long does it take to receive store credit or an exchange?

Once we receive your return, we will issue store credit or process the exchange within 3 to 5 business days.

5. Does Sohnia offer free shipping on returns?

Currently, we do not offer free shipping on returns. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for store credit. This includes bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, accessories, and "Party Wear" such as Halloween costumes.

7. What is Sohnia's policy on irregular or excessive returns?

Sohnia reserves the right to define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers who have an irregular or excessive return history. This includes items that have been worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or are missing tags. We also reserve the right to refuse service to customers or entities who engage in similar actions. Non-Sohnia items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.

8. How long does shipping take?

For orders within the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, the delivery timeline varies. Products in our U.S. warehouse typically arrive within 3-7 business days, while items shipped from our overseas warehouse usually arrive within 12-18 business days. Please refer to the shipping information on the checkout page for more precise delivery estimates.

9. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment.

10. What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

Sohnia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
